Product availability on millmakers.com is based on the amount of available stock. Errors may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. If a product becomes unavailable after confirmation of the customer’s order, we will make every effort to keep the customer informed by email or phone as soon as possible. The Customer will then have the opportunity to choose another product offered on MillMakers.com or cancel the purchase within 48 hours.
When a product is no longer available the Customer will see a “Sold Out” mention appear which implies it can not any longer be ordered.

Article 3 : Order

At any time while browsing MillMakers.com you can:
- Make your selection of articles by clicking on "Add to cart" for each product chosen, then click on "Validate your order" as soon as you have finished and stopped your choice.
- Once on the summary page of your order, you can always add products by clicking "Continue shopping"
- Consult the selected products by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" icon
- Modify and update quantities chosen for each article by clicking on the number of units selected, or delete an article by clicking on the cross / delete link.

Once completed, your order is sent directly for processing upon receipt of payment.
A summary of your order will be automatically sent to you by email. The receipt of this email only confirms the acceptance of your order by MillMakers.com. As long as you have not received this order confirmation email, your order can be considered not validated.
Article 4 : Delivery
The products that have been ordered on milmakers.com will be delivered to the delivery address entered by the Customer during the order process.
Reminder: The Customer must verify the completeness and the conformity of the information that he or she provides to MillMakers.com. Millmakers.com can not be held responsible for any data entry errors its consequences in terms of possible delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for the return of orders will be the whole responsibility of the Customer.
MillMakers.com. can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions that are attributable to the chosen carrier (including, and in particular, total or partial union / worker strikes affecting postal, transport and / or communications services).
Orders placed on MillMakers.com are processed daily from Monday to Friday, except holidays. MillMakers.com will make every effort to ship any order placed before 11am that same day. The average delivery time is 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from the reception of the payment.
All our shipments in France are made by La Poste with the Colissimo France and Colissimo Overseas services. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are carried out by Colissimo International. Each shipment is accompanied by a tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping basket, the will appear automatically in the total Amount Due. This amount depends on the products of your order, the delivery area and the chosen delivery service.
When sending the package, we send you its corresponding tracking number via email. From the its moment of shipping to delivery, you have the possibility to follow your parcel by indicating the tracking number on the website of the respective shipper.
It shall be reminded to the Customer / Recipient that customs and other import related charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer / Recipient. Transport risks are also borne by the buyer.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
Upon receipt of your order, you will have to check the conformity of the received Products in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of any anomaly concerning the delivery (broken, chipped or missing product, damaged or missing parcels) you must immediately:
- Write down the defects by hand on the delivery note or refuse to accept the goods upon the delivery date and while the deliveryman is present
- Inform MillMakers.com of the issue by sending an email to
- Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three days of delivery to both the carrier and MillMakers.com
Any claim made after the period mentioned above or without mentioning any reservation on the delivery note will be rejected and MillMakers.com will be released from any liability. In this case, Orders can not be delivered again or refunded on the basis of non-compliance.
The annotation ‘subject to unpacking on delivery’ on the delivery note has no value. The exchange or refund of any product that was declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, and without the issuing of any reservation upon receipt of the package, is not possible.

Non-conformity of products following a validated order
The Buyer shall formulate any issue he or she may encounter by sending an email to MillMakers.com at contact@MillMakers.com on the day of delivery, or the first working day following the delivery, such as any claim of a delivery error and / or non-compliance of the Product(s) with respect to the order form. In case of a Product return, the Buyer must respect the terms of return described in Article 8.
Article 7 : Payment
The amount owed by the Customer / Buyer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent to him or her by email.
You can choose between different payment methods:

- Bank transfer
Your payment is encrypted and secured via our partner STRIPE. Your credit card will be automatically charged once the confirmation email has been sent which implies that we accepted your order.
Article 8 : Returns / Exchanges
In the context of your online purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product and in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you have 14 days to exercise a right of withdrawal without having to pay any penalties, exclusive of any costs for returning the products. This period starts on the day the goods are received by the Customer.

We will provide you with a return label by email and the return costs will be deducted from your refund. Customs fees may be retained in case of a return from a country outside of the European Union.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, suitably protected, and must obviously not have been used in any way. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used or in any other manner other than in its original packaging will not be reimbursed.
- The direct product return charges are for your account.
- You are responsible for dispatching the products. You are only liable for product depreciation caused by handling operations other than those required to establish the nature, characteristics and proper working order of the products delivered.
- Damaged or incomplete items will not be returned and will be returned as is, at your expenses.
- Returned unidentified parcels may be returned to their sender.

Effects of withdrawal – Reimbursement

Article 12 : Force Majeure
You hereby accept that all correspondence and/or communication and or transmission of information taking place with MillMakers.com via e-mail shall have the same probative force as a paper documents.
Neither of the two parties will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, blocked or prevented by circumstances beyond their control. Force majeure or circumstances beyond control will be regarded as that which are external to the two parties, unforeseeable, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties, and which could not be prevented by them, despite all reasonably possible efforts.
The party affected by such circumstances will warn the other party within 10 (ten) working days from the date on which the first party will have learnt of it.
The two parties will communicate with each other within a month, except if this is impossible due to force majeure, to examine the situation and reach agreement on the conditions under which the execution of the contract will be continued.
If the force majeure case is of duration greater than three months, the present general conditions can be cancelled by the injured party.
Force majeure, as well as what is defined by the tribunals of the French courts, will be considered to include the following:
All-out general strikes or partial ones, external or within the company, a blockage of supplies or transport for whatever reason, legal or governmental restrictions, computer breakdowns, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, - breakdown of telecommunications or network works not under control of the Customer.
