All our shipments in France are made by La Poste using the postal services of Colissimo France and Colissimo Outre-Mer. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are carried out by Colissimo International. Each shipment is accompanied by a unique tracking number.
Orders placed on millmakers.com are processed daily from Monday to Friday, except during bank holidays. millmakers.com will make every effort to ship any order placed before 11am that same day, however the processing time and preparation of an order may take 1 to 2 days longer depending on the nature of the ordered goods.
In the case of an order that includes one or more unavailable products in addition to one or more products that are available, MillMakers.com will ships the order upon reception of all the products that constitute the order. In case you wish to receive the products that are available immediately, we advise you to place separate order for these items.
An email will be automatically sent to you at the time of product shipping, provided that the email address entered in the registration form does not contain an error.
The average delivery time is 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) from the reception of the payment.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your shopping basket and will appear in the total amount due. The amount depends on the total weight of the items in your order and the delivery area.
When sending the package, we will send you a tracking number by email and a tracking link if possible to follow it from departure from our premises to delivery.

Returns / Exchanges
In the context of your online purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product and in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Code of Consumption, you have 14 days to exercise a right of withdrawal without having to pay any penalties, exclusive of any costs for returning the products. This period starts on the day the goods are received by the Customer.
MillMakers is committed to providing you with high quality items. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item you have purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange or refund you. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to return them to MillMakers.

The cost for return shipments is to be borne by the buyer. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice, to the following address: MILLMAKERS, 115 BIS SAINT FORTUNAT ROAD, 69450 SAINT CYR AT MONT D'OR
The product must be returned in its original packaging, suitably protected, and must obviously not have been used in any way. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, used or in any other manner other than in its original packaging will not be reimbursed.
The refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods according to the above-mentioned criteria.
Upon receipt of your order, you will need to check the conformity of the received goods/ products in the presence of the deliveryman. In case of any anomaly concerning the delivery (broken, chipped or missing product, damaged or missing parcels) you must immediately:
- Write down the defects by hand on the delivery note or refuse to accept the goods upon the delivery date and while the deliveryman is present
- Inform millmakers.com of the issue by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three days of delivery to both the carrier and millmakers.com
Any claim made after the period mentioned above or without mentioning any reservation on the delivery note will be rejected and MillMakers.com will be released from any liability. In this case, Orders can not be delivered again or refunded on the basis of non-compliance.
Please note, that according to our general conditions and terms of sale, the annotation ‘subject to unpacking on delivery’ on the delivery note has no value. The exchange or refund of any product that was declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, and without the issuing of any reservation upon receipt of the package, is not possible.
However, if the conditions mentioned above are met, MillMakers.com will either proceed with an exchange or refund of the Product(s) concerned, or alternatively resend the missing Product (subject to the legitimacy of the Buyer’s request).
Non-conformity of products following a validated order
The Buyer shall formulate any issue he or she may encounter by sending an email to MillMakers.com at contact@MillMakers.com on the day of delivery, or the first working day following the delivery, such as any claim of a delivery error and / or non-compliance of the Product(s) with respect to the order form. In case of a Product return, the Buyer must respect the terms of return described in Article 8.
The amount owed by the customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent by email.

Your credit card will be immediately charged upon reception of the order confirmation email.
